For Conference Participants (Conference Only) April 19-21, 2026 *Registration starts at 3:00pm local time.

– First Payment: 50% upon registration confirmation
– Final Payment: Remaining 50% on or before March 10-20, 2026

1. Please upload a copy of your passport information page. Passports must be valid for at least six (6) months or more prior to the travel date to Israel and return to your country of origin.

2. A Medical Certificate is required to certify that you are in good health for travel. Bring the original copy of your certificate and email a scanned copy at least seven (7) days before the date of travel.

3. ETA-IL Online Registration. To comply with Israel immigration requirements, Citizens of visa-exempt countries, including the Philippines, who intend to visit Israel for up to 90 days—minors included—must obtain an ETA-IL (Electronic Travel Authorization for Israel) prior to traveling. This requirement applies to all travelers arriving by air, sea, or land.

Apply at least 30 days before departure. Then make sure you have digital copy of your passport, and costs only USD $7 or ₪25.

Option 2: Conference Registraion Fee (staying Outside the Venue)- USD $600
